These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TradeReign, a trading discipline enforcement application operated by Chris Kohl ("we," "us," or "our") at trade-reign.com. By creating an account or using TradeReign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use TradeReign.

Public marketing and educational materials may include additional disclosures where required based on the content shown or the platform referenced.

References to NinjaTrader or Tradovate describe compatibility and workflow context only and do not imply endorsement, recommendation, or approval.

1. Description of Service

TradeReign is a voluntary trading discipline enforcement tool that connects to your Tradovate account via their API. It monitors your trading activity in real time and automatically enforces rules that you configure, including but not limited to position flattening, trade limits, and order management.

TradeReign is a commitment device — it enforces rules you set for yourself. It is not a trading platform, broker, financial advisor, or investment manager.

2. Not Financial Advice

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeReign. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You must have a valid Tradovate account and comply with Tradovate's own terms of service. TradeReign is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tradovate LLC or NinjaTrader LLC.

4. Beta Service

TradeReign is currently offered as a free beta service. During the beta period:

• The service is provided free of charge
• Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice
• The service may experience downtime or interruptions
• We may terminate the beta at any time

Upon conclusion of the beta period, continued use of TradeReign will require a paid subscription at $29/month. A 14-day free trial will be available at that time.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for providing accurate Tradovate credentials. We are not responsible for any trading activity that results from incorrect credentials or misconfigured rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TradeReign for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of TradeReign
• Use TradeReign in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Share your account with other users
• Use TradeReign to circumvent any rules or restrictions imposed by your broker or prop firm

7. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that automated rule enforcement may result in positions being closed at unfavorable prices. You accept full responsibility for all trading outcomes regardless of whether TradeReign's enforcement actions contributed to those outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of TradeReign shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that TradeReign will be available at all times. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for any trading losses that occur during service interruptions.

TradeReign requires an active internet connection and a connected Tradovate account to function. Rule enforcement cannot occur if the application is not running or connected.

9. Payments and Billing

When paid billing is introduced, the following terms will apply:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the service.

Upon termination, your right to use TradeReign ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TradeReign shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Missouri.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of TradeReign after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
